Attend monthly CAC Meetings and Gain Valuable Information. **New for the 2010/2011 school year; Saturday educational workshops for parents**

Become part of the process to advise and collaborate with the Speical Education local plan area (SELPA) and make sure your voice is heard.

General CAC Meeting

Open to all parents, staff, support agencies, interested community members and students of the Elk Grove Unified School District. All CAC meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month (with the exception of December, July and August). The CAC meetings are scheduled from 7:00PM until 8:30.

Confidential Conferences

Parents can schedule a confidential conference to share personal individualized concerns with the appropriate Program Specialist, the Director of Special Education, and a Parent Liason prior to the start of the regular meeting. These conferences are scheduled from 6:30PM to 7:00PM, prior to each meeting. Please contact Sandy Hastie in Student Services, at 686-7780, to schedule a conference.
